Dan Green's "TRAIN LIKE A BOSS" hands-on seminar & clinic at Flex Gym & Fitness (Spartan Barbell) on Saturday February 10th, 2018. The seminar will run from approximately 8am to 4pm. May end earlier. The cost is $130 (USD)/person. If you sign up with a friend tickets are $110/each (only during the early registration period)! SPACE IS LIMITED! Additionally, Dan is offering limited slots for 1-1 personal training with him over the weekend. These fills up pretty quick! Personal Training spots are first come, first serve. Prices for PT are either $180 for one hour or $120 for 30 mins. Discounts are available if you would like to sign up for both (PT & seminar).

 

Dress comfortably, bring a packed lunch, bottle water and a notebook!
